I don't support hybrids let alone anything genetically or cosmetically tampered with... "natural" hybridization is natures way of weeding out the weak... but to coddle deformed and otherwise weak specimnes. in no way helps the fish trade or the genetics of any fish species. And i didn't support glo-fish being let into the hobby, they where for scientific uses only. created by humans for this purpose. Thats where they needed to stay. horse, dog, and cat breeders are understanding this and going back to older more solid genetics. Fish breeders need to take this rope imo and run with it as well.

Dyed fish are horrible.

I have no problem with glo-fish, as it doesn't actually hurt the fish at all.

I dislike both.

Nature has done a wonderfull job on its own, there really is no reason to play god with animals, generaly they end up looking like freaks anyway, and either cant breed or die due to distorted body shape etc.

Leave nature alone, its done a fine job on its own, no need to mess.

my dog takes offense to that, and im sure millions of dog owners everywhere do too. dogs are cute not freaks;)

i saw glofish at a pets-mart today and though i must say they arent natural looking the color is beyond amazing...i would still never purchase one though
