The statement that the difference in temp is political is awfully false.
A robin should not have been seen by me in Massachusetts during winter break on Christmas week, but it was. We have not yet seen a good storm in New England this year, unheard of, and last year was the hottest on record. Each year is hotter than the last. More tornadoes, hurricanes, etc, each year. If you paid attention, the whole environment is changing, and while it may be "nice" for us to be able to less cold during the winter, the affect on the environment is drastic.
Do watch "Inconvenient Truth" When will people stop being blind to the obvious?
 
Yeah, all those poor glaciers melting in the arctic and Antarctic. They've only been doing that for about 2000 years now :nilly:
 
Why do people deny global warming? Because they don't want to stop driving SUVs and complaining about the price of gas when they could do just as well in a little Saturn?
 
I cant believe the incredibly small amount that is being done about it personally. The hottest years on record are in the past 10. They had to change everything they said about hurricanes in the lower hemisphere, its just happened for the first time. Anyone caught up in any natural disaster I have little sympathy with, they are on the increase on frequency and magnitude increasing in human and economic loss. USA is number one when it comes to carbon emissions :thumbsup: Anyone who thinks global warming isn't happening is a fool, and it will affect us all.
 
I believe in global warming. You are right its no secret that the climate temp has increased. I'm not talking about the politics applied to the Temp. I'm talking about the cause. I believe it is a natural earth cycle. The earth has done this before humans poluted anything.

Man made global warming is political.

Global warming is natural not something our electric heaters and blowdriers cause..... oh oh and burning styrofoam cups......wait, no, thats the ozone. Nevermind.
 
If this was a natural cycle, we would be in the middle of another ice age RIGHT NOW. But we aren't due to HUMAN affects on the environment. As shown in research.

That is weather - Say, it rains 3 inches in Kansas, or snows a foot in Colorado. CLIMATE is global. Weather is specific to a relatively small area of the world.
