Also i'm afraid its not an earth cycle, and it is humans causing the change to the extent it is currently at.
Global warming is only one problem with us polluting the atmosphere (directly or indirectly). Global dimming is another. ..

It is blatantly obvious that some of the remarks being made are by people who have done little or no research on the subject.I wont bother to point out which ones as those who do have knowledge on the topic will be quick to recognize them.

If you have an interest in the issue yet refuse to watch "an inconveniant truth" for whatever reason than at least do some looking into the subject of Global warming so that you might refrain from making yourself appear completely ignorant on the matter.

I watched 'an inconvenient truth' and i got to be honest, its ok, but it's only the half of it aswell. It's a good (and i suppose initially shocking) thing to look at if you're not too geographically minded and don't know much on the subject.

Yes,Its is definately a good place to start gaining some insight on whats really going on.However thats not to say that you can watch it and feel you are any sort of a expert on the matter.
As you mentioned its not everything,but I dont feel it expresses any "untruths" on the subject,and is therefor a good place to start.

The reason that temperatures in many places remain low or drop lower is because of the slight upward change in temperature of the global ice masses. This causes them to to melt, but the influx of cold, low-salinity water lowers the net temperature of oceans and changes current and wind patterns. One current being changed is the mid-atlantic current, responsible for the warm temperatures in florida as a result of oceanic convection patterns being changed, the MAC moves farther offshore and takes with it its warming effects. Therefore, moronic douches in the continental US can guffaw about how it don't look like no global warming to them, when in fact net temperatures are rising, while temperature PATTERNS are shifting. This is a far more important fact. Also, the direct action the present tense of global warming will lead to an ice age in the far-ish future, for those douches who have trouble with tenses and would like to feel vindicated. PM* for arguments, but if you really piss me off I will
A) bring up my relevant advanced degrees
B) call my climatologist friends
