So where you are in China its technically normal morphs of fish that are the oddballs ?
I heard in thailand they tattoo giant gourami's to have flags and stuff on them

No, not that extreme at least in here. It's just that it IS common to see fish that have been altered to some extent.

They sure look nice, probably not everyone's cup of tea but we have all kinds of domestis animals crossbred or genetically altered so y not fish too.

I was told that if you breed the glo danios,barbs and assuming the angels to other glo's that the baby's come out with the color gene and showing it !
Is this true ?
If so -
I wonder what would happen if you were to breed a glo to a normal .
Would the baby's still carry the gene? and would they show it in full,in part, or not at all ?

I have talked to a LFS owner who has tried it with glo danios and regular zebra danios and said that some of the babies are normal color some are glo danio and some are like a mix or just a duller glo danio or even striped i didnt understand at the time kind of still don't. I think the guy didnt know what he was talking about lol

Any geneticaly morphed fish has no home in my tanks. Natural or nothing for me.
