I like option 1 personally , because I believe you may come up with something else so this option would save time and headache .

PVC cement should work. PVC cement melts the plastic and makes it expand welding it together. Use either medium or heavy cement not just the regular. I've filled quite large gaps with it in house plumbing.

Thank you for your all suggestions. I'm decided to glue my pvc with the thin plastic. After that i will sandpaper them of, make them fit with the pump.

Here how i make them together. I use acrylic powder and liquid, and fill it up. Hope it's no leaking.
