  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Ok so I will take it that you all like the fish??? I think 74RAY has came across something and I think it will only get better with time. Keep up the good work 74ray. I like this fish it's different from my other EBJD's as you can see from the pic. Can't wait for it to get bigger.

I think it looks pretty cool so far, but way to early to tell. With EBJD's it is very hard (if even possible) to tell the princes from the frogs at the 1" size. I would expect these to be similar.

Hopefully it will keep it's color. I will let you know how it goes when it get's bigger.
Your right it is early but I thought I would show people.

Do a search regarding breeding Corn Snakes. They are available in a very large number of "morphs" and breeders have been conbining morphs for many years. There are a handful of breeders who have released vast amounts of detail / education on their websites.

There are biochemcial differences in fish scales and reptile scales which will have an impact on appearance, but the genetic expressions will be the same...

There is only one EBJD/GOLD mix in that pic I have posted, and the others are EBJD's. I did the pic with them together like that to show the difference. It seems to be growing pretty fast. When I got it it was really smaller then the others, but it seems to be catching up with them in size.

What is there growth rate like? Is it slow like the EBJD or faster like the Gold?
