Gold wolf, red wolf, or Black

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Erythrinus erythrinus is the one I had
thats a beautiful wolf too. I hope my black becomes alittle more active when it grows, just sits in the bottom corner right now

If it is left solo it will eventually hover in the middle. When you come it will beg for food.

I’ve got a black and he’s twice as active as the red that I had years back. It sits in the current and kinda hovers or is pacing the glass almost like a p

I got mine shipped last June at about 4-5 in and I would say it’s a healthy 10 inches and plump. Growth has slowed down since about 8 inches

Thats good to know so basically in 1 year it should hit 10”... what tank do u have him in?

started in a heavily planted 34 and now is in a 100 with heavy flow and plants, i really need to find a 220 or something close. a 6x2x2 would be what i would call the min needed for an adult

Would you say that the heavy flow is the cause for it hovering more? Would it hover less and be more like a log with no wave maker?

i would say not, either way it paces a good bit of the time. he does lay around a lot too dont get me wrong but it is an active fish.
