Golden based FH pair breeding

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
For any future spawns use methyline blue. You will have a larger amount of fry hatch instead of succoming to the white fungus that grows on unfertilized eggs.

"It is usually used to protect newly laid fish eggs from being infected by fungus or bacteria. This is useful when the hobbyist wants to artificially hatch the fish eggs."

The babies are 2/3 inches now...... some have started fading/ peeling..... some I guess will end up looking like a regular FH.

what a interesting thread!!!! im amazed as i never knew you could remove eggs, the amount of work you must have put in is fantastic! and the fry are total stunners! although i would start to rehome them as they look like there starting to hurt each other, but other then that what a brilliant job! totally impressed!!

some could take as long as 4 or 5 inches to start fading, but yes you will have a few "regulars". beautiful fish!
