Sure why not? whole problem for you will be getting them as I know of zero suppliers for them and zero people That could supply them with export licenses that could get them to you. Cost would be pretty darn high and the chances of receiving them alive would be pretty darn remote unless you can find someone that knows the methods of dealing with them. You really can not transport these fish like a regular tropical fish or even Native. Techniques used for transporting shad I hear works with these but usually that is moving them a few hundred miles quickly using land transport and not by air overseas.

Best bet would honestly be trying to get eggs and have them shipped but even then once they hatch you have a whole different problem... No one knows how to actually raise them or much else about them at this stage.

Smoked goldeye is considered a delicacy in parts of Canada. Otherwise these fish are of little economic importance. American fisherman generally confuse them with shad or herring and consider them 'trash fish' or use them as cut bait.

Start the N.A. bonytongue revolution, OP. I'd love to keep them just because of their evolutionary uniqueness.

I'd love to keep them but for me I'd need a Threatened / endangered permit. These are protected in my neck of the woods.

Truly are awesome fish just there is not a whole hell of a lot available on them. Care seems pretty straight foreword once established but acquisition technique and transport remain problematic issues with them.
