i treat my fishes 1 time feeding of goldfish once a week. I still mix their diet, but they eat mostly hikari products.
worked for me for a long time. so far so good. I guess just dont abuse it, it's ur pets, feed as u will.
for the record....i keep a bunch of fancy goldfish in a seperate tank across my 125g...
when i feed the feeders....the fancy goldfish looks away loL>
