It's not just him acting strange now other fish are scratching their sides like crazy so that is definitely not a normal behaviour. Like DB said it's time for anti parasite bath.
 
I'll agree with Al, Prazi is always a good idea. It is standard treatment in my Q tank for any new additions.

Well bad news once more. I took some samples to a microbiologist and there was absolutely nothing to be seen under a microscope. The only other thing it could be is the water itself. I did a water change and raised the hardness as Rob mentioned to me they like hard water. Only other step i see is geting the water tested in a lab. Any other ideas guys?
