can i breed gounami or angelfish with this

Fishkeeping is not really a paying hobby. All the acessories you need for breeding fish would probably cost more than what you would make off of selling fish. A good idea would be to grow aquarium plants and sell those. Now that you could probably make a few bucks from! You can get some inexpensive plants on Aquabid.
Oh, and since people on Craigslist don't like "breeders", plants will work just fine.

you can get decent trade-in value for angelfish usually...but not much money to be made

Something easy, maybe Kribs or something similar.

I'd steer away from the small egg layers (tetra etc) as raising the fry is difficult and time consuming. Gourami are strange, it's hard to get good ones these days as many have been bred to the point of horrible deformities being commonplace.

Angels are good, you'll never have a problem getting rid of fry, but could have issues with a 30 gallon tank. Saying that I just moved two angels to a 20 gal hospital tank for some treatment and they spawned! so you may be ok with only one pair.

Have you considered some Julies, or other small fairly docile african? You may be able to get away with 3 Brichardi in that size tank. They do a good job of parenting, which would make your life easier.

Hope this helps....

I used to breed daffodil brichadi in a 30 gallon tank. Most of the time I would trade them in for credit but I had one store that would give me cash for them. $4.00 each. Recently I have had my Apistogrammas Agassisi breed. The LFS sells them for $15 each. They seam like an interesting fish that is easy to breed.

i was thinken the same thing, i have a 40 gal i would like to get a breeding pair of something, not for money but just bc it would be cool lol, just havent made my mind on what yet
