They look like Azuls to me, correct me if I'm wrong....
I got them at Exotics Aquarium in Sacramento CA. They had about 12 in a tank listed unidentified, $29..they said these bass were sent as a replacement for an order of Azuls that didn't come in. I looked on youtube and saw some Temensis that I thought looked the same.
They look exactly the same as my old baby azuls, headshape, coloring and the vertical stripes on the side coming through.
I'm not familiar with the prices in USA, but 29 dollar doesn't seem to much for a temensis or azul of this size
In my opinion Peacock Bass grow twice as fast as Datnoids cause they eat more...I'll get better pics of mine..want to be sure what they are.They look very similar toMiks786 azul. Not that I have a reference of what baby tems look like.
Can dats go together with chichlas? I'm suddenly intrigued by dats. Do they have similar growth rates?

Wow. Tremendous coloration already. So many speckles, bangles(not sure what they are called with bass). Can only imagine what they will look like in 6 months.
What are you feeding these guys so far? Still 2-3"?
