Good Dithers for Fang Jr's?

i'll tell you this bro,
very often as long as these fish are forced to grow up with other fish from a small size they will do so even when theyre much bigger.
its the same for wolf fish,cichlids etc.
gotta do it from the start so that they do not form territories and become antisocial.
you can try pbass,other characins,aros etc.
just make sure these fish cant pick on the jrs.
 
I lost of one of my juvies armatus due to being picked on by the larger ones (they were about 2" in size difference), As soon as this happen, the largest one picked on the 2 smaller ones now...

My solution ?

Drop 11 fei fengs to calm everybody down lol..so far so good..we'll see how long this can last. Fei fengs eats all the blood worms, armatus eats all the feeders.

tarpon? they grow as fast as the armatus, active enough to distract it and a very non-confrontational fish. plus they look cool

ive tried tarpon before many times with many fish.
these guys are HUGE wusses.
they will eat very little or none at all when they are kept with bigger bossier fish.
maybe in an only armatus tank they would do fine,but not with things like pbass or dorado.

i remember someone trying tarpons but the armatus just chased them around all day lol

im going to get some fish tonight :D
