That is a good sized tank but you will have to move the delhezi as they only get 14" and the ornatipinnis can get 27"

I've NEVER seen a captive ornate that exceeded 20" so that tank should be FINE for life.

thats good coz they curentaly in my 4 x 1 x 1.5 tank but seem to be fighting

would gars be ok?

I don't believe any gars can fit in a tank that size for life, but you might be able to get a florida/spotted or a shortnose in there for a while.
