A few folks on this forum has purchased from Liveaquaria in the past year or so, particularly freshwater fish from the Diver's Den where the picture is of the actual fish being sold. I haven't seen anything negative from them about their experience.
I ordered from Divers Den after I had two clown loaches die from a LFS the next day. The third one survived as is the biggest out of my smaller clowns but that experience got new to try Liveaquaria because of their two week guarantee.
I like that the Divers Den fish go through a quarantine process

Some of their stuff can be overpriced, especially the rarer fish, as they factor in the guarantee into their prices. Others are good, for example they sell 2.25-3" sets of three clown loaches for $69.99. I ordered a trip.at this price along with 5 Doritys rainbowfish. I like the free shipping for orders over $99.
The complaints I've read we're about pricing for Liveaquaria. Other than that, the reviews were good: if there was a problem, they made good on it.
I had two packages of frozen food come defrosted in my big order in July and they v refunded it.
I've ordered from Imperial Tropicals. Their flat shipping rate with live arrival guarantee is great. The fish I ordered from them have great color. I had a problem with one rainbowfish's eye but I don't blame them. The eye got injured somehow and I believe it's been infected. I'd order from them again.
I will eventually try Wetspot. The shipping will cost me at least $50 so I'll want to be order a bunch. As posted here, I've heard great things about them. Cory from Aquarium Coop's has recommended Wetspot in his Livestream.
