Good petsmart employe

who cares its a goldfish
it woulda died any way its a pointless fish they eat alot and make big messes
they **** constantly so i fed all of my huge ones to my uncles flathead
it wa scool to watch
the goldfish where anywhere from 4-5 inches
after that i learened goldfish are a food only fish you buy them to feed your other fish
the only good purpose they can be good for is live food :)
my cats love it so do the cons and even my bichir i feed the bichir rosies
i would love to be a worker there they would lose all buisness by me telling people that the fish are way over priced there whitch is a true statement
they are know nothings there they know nothing and they really dont care
they sold me a red devil once cause they thought it was a different species
soo i returned it
all petsmarts should be closed!!

That's it, I'm tired of all this complaining. NOT ALL PETSMARTS ARE JACKASSES! THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENT! THEY HAVE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES, SOME ARE SMART, SOME AREN'T. Sorry for my yelling, but all this complaining pisses me off. If you don't like petsmart, don't go there, go somewhere else. And the petsmart here is great, if I'm there and they don't know the answer to a question, they come ask me.
 
I tend to hold my tongue when people complain about chains as a whole. Think about how good one location of a franchise could be if someone really interested and knowledgeable worked there? Too bad there seem to be more spoken examples of bad experiences rather than good ones. But customers are much more likely to remember a bad experience than a good one.

That being said, I don't have anything nice to say about (my local) Petsmart. LOL

Bless you, and I don't mind Petsmart at all, they keep things in decent order here....

I have tons of nice things to say about my local petsmart, which, they do a pretty good damn job there.

People that go to petsmart aren't looking to spend a lot of money, and they see the Oscar and it is 2", and they want one. If you tell them it won't fit they get pissed. So corporate tells the salespeople to sell it to them. Thats how I understand their policy.
 
There are 2 PetSmarts within a 25 mile radius here. The one further away sucks--the fish people will sell anything to anyone; the new, close one is champion!! All aquarial staff are highly qualified, all keep fish, know proper fish care, and I've heard them advise customers not to buy fish (yes, the pacu do get really big, so do the iridescent sharks, oscars, etc.) They ask what kind of fish are already in tank, size of tank, how they change water--all the right questions!! And, there are 2 huge tanks of feeders. Hoping it doesn't change.........
