thank you for update... i have never seen a jar with drop eye... wish we had a picture... i can see the big silver has it slightly..

I think it will get worse <sigh> but i knew the risks when i got them (hence stacking odds in my favor by having several ^^)

I have a photo actually of jar with DE (quite surreal when i saw it) - will post later (it is in my mobile phone i think). In any case, i know the person that has it

Drop eye is not really a big deal...of course always nice to see them without it... but nothing that takes away from them being awesome anyway... thanks i look forward to the pic... i appreciate it very much.

Yo Liz,

Check it out. One with definite DE (i hope it does not progress any more). One with tendency (that is, not yet pointing down but is bulgy) and one is perfect. The eye is not bulging at all.

Two first one same fisho, the two last one is the old paimas tank mate

PS: poor jar is really relagated to bottom middle part of the tank wned:... almost never see him on top part. silvers own the top. ray and bichir are on the bottom

This is what the tank looks like (i sneaked and took a picture without flash so as not to disturb them)

The jar is in the middle!!! I hope he continues to behave too ^^ but really - the silvers are the ones chasing him (not only the agro small silver, but the big ones too).... not too much torn fins <so fingers crossed>
