go test drive the honda civic si.. if you want 30 mpg and still be able to drive "spiritedly" its great in the winter and fun in the summer... has 197 hp at the crank but weighs under 3k... fun little car... oh and its the easiest manual i have ever driven.. lol

my first car (which i still have) is a '98 toyota land cruiser with 212,000 miles, it still runs fine both on and off road. gas is a killer though. i would say get a toyota camery or corola, they just keep going
what happened to the days where a kids first car wasnt a 25k sports car? my first car was a hand me down 85 ford truck.

No kidding. All beginners should drive a beater. You're going to get bumps and dings on it the first year anyways. I had an '88 VW Jetta for my first car. I beat the piss out of that thing.

The new maxima is a very nice car interior is nice as well as the exterior. Not bad on gas and you should def fit in it lol
