good way to puke let me tell you

You don't have to suck on the end of the siphon to get it started. Put the gravel vac in the water upside down. The water will fill the vac and start going into the hose. Lift the whole thing out of the water with the vac still upside down but the hose pointing into a bucket. As you lift it up the water will start going down the vac, through the hose and into the bucket. Quickly put the vac back in the water letting it completely fill up and flip it over to begin cleaning the gravel.

It is very fast and you dont have to use your mouth to create a suction. This technique might be a little more difficult in smaller tanks so make sure you have the right size gravel vac.

Yea after my first attempt to do a gravel vac and w/c this happend and i threw up 4 times... was so nasty... than my dad told me about that and i do that from now on lmao

nasty fish water has a way of turning a weak stomach, happened once or twice to me, never puked from it though.

Love that python though (no chance for fish water).
 
If you are a MFK tahn you would definaly have the PYTHON. Filled my 125 up in about 20 minites DANK
 
Luckily I can't ever remember tasting fishtank water, I was taught the self starting method right away!! I still really,need a python but I want a good deal, I don't want to pay almost $ 100 for a hose!!!!!
 
yeah... I can remember chugging tank water on more than one occasion... it actually tatses kinda good, no crap! (pun intended):drool:

yeah, he's sick. I nearly puked when I first heard him say he liked "sharing" with his fishies!

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE all my fish, but not enough to perform a Dirty Sanchez on them :yuck:
