and amon amarth, especially fate of the norns. The chorus makes you want to do anything
 
There's actually some pretty good rap songs for working out.

Till I Collapse - Eminem is one of my favorites. Other than that I listen to a lot of techno/ drum and bass song (things i dont normally listen to while not working out.) Something about the tempo and beat gets you pumped up.

i listen rap mainly during weight lifting. gets me pumped. but for cardio, i just shuffle my ipod.

TBH, I'm am one of the biggest metalheads you will meet. However, Eminem (OLD Eminem) gets me pumped like none other. Old school underground rap battles, freestyle, etc. by him. I have over 300 of his songs, majority of which were never on any cds. That is what I use when I'm running.


For lifting, I normally just use metal.
