I would still offer the recommended amount of dry food. It just needs to be limited when they are older and being overweight becomes an issue.
 
When she goes to the bathroom outside of her litter box, make sure that you clean the area with vinegar. Our cat would take a dump every night in my room when we first got her as a kitten, until we put it in the litter box, showed her it there, and cleaned the area of floor with vinegar. Something about her smelling it still, and associating that spot with bathroom.
 
Well I think she would be ok...she's pretty bold. Well I've notice that she smells really bad....and has left stains from her bottom on my bro's pants. I tried cleaning a little bit on her bottom because thier is poop and litter all over....but failed miserably because she won't stay still( I don't blame her lol). I've heard on google about something about anal glands, trimming hair around bottom...etc. Anybody dealt with this? Should I bring her back to the vet for another check?
