Man that sucks!!!!The first time i ordered from JEFF I did not know or ask UPS shows up at 5 minutes to 6.00PM the fish were alive because it was a mild november long story short those guys know and do it on purpose Thats just my opinion:(they probly play kick the box!!

I worked at UPS for a total of 6 hours back in high school. I was a thrower. Throw the boxes off the large truck onto the conveyor belt and then throw them on the truck.

That was exactly what I did. No package was safe. If you were cautious with a package you were going to slow. It also seems the boxes marked "fragile" received the worst treatment.

Then, on the trucks, there's no AC. The box pretty much sits in an oven until it reaches your house.

Summer, probably isn't the best time to order fish. Of course, I say this as I'm ordering fish. :eek: Fingers crossed!

Jeff is a standup guy, I'm sure this will all work out.

Oh ya your right Ed I am sure they cannot take the time to take special care.But when you or i are waiting for our special fish that we just can't wait for and they have to be impersonal or lose thier jobs .But i am sure some doods also take pleasure in just jacken stuff i for one have come across plenty in my lifetime....And Jeff will find a way to work this out i am sure;)
 
yeah im not worried about jeffs part, he already promised me a replacement. its mostly the waiting game i hate playing, knowing you got an awesome cichla coming to you... thats what kills me :nilly:


i also did a stint at u.p.s. during x-mas season unloading and loading trucks. it really is about chucking boxes at a conveyor belt as fast as you can, i was told to look at it like a mad dash tetris game lmao. doent "FRAGILE" mean "Bounceable" in france' :frog:
