We'll see, the owner has been personally handling this case , and wants to keep my business. But i dont consider it to be replaced until it actually shows up at my door.
He says that they will have new 10ft sheets next week and that they can have it done and sent by july 9th.
I have dealt with acrylic tank manufacturers but not Tenecor. I know this is a fact that when they run out of 10ft acrylic sheets they need to wait for the next shipment before they can build you a tank. Once the sheet is in stock the turn around time to build a tank is 3-5 business days. Hopefully, they'll live up to their reputation and get your tank replaced on time.

Wow I feel for you. That Sucks. That is the reason I only buy from Kevin at www.notjustfish.com Great guy that stands behind his product. Good luck with the replacement. Keep us all posted.

Im in manufacturing and I know how it is to wait on parts, but the problem is noone at Tenecor ever told me this, and my sales guy kept telling me it was made and going to be shipped soon. He kept telling me this for 3 months. I guess when i started threatening to sue them, he finally told me the truth.

 Well now that you gottem by the 'jewels' be sure you squeeze somthing extra out of them for pain & suffering. You've got the 'boss', not some ditzy salesman on commission. He can make it so. "T"

Wow sorry to hear, my experience with Tenecor has not been very good either. They were fairly quick on getting the damaged tank repaired, still 3 months from order to possessing a usable tank:screwy: I still have to fill mine, once I do that I plan on writing a letter to them with all my displeasure regarding this.

I will post an update eventually also.

man! i gotta say i admire your patience. if it was me, this would have gone very different. i would have filed a dispute with my credit card company so fast they wouldnt even have time to report the income from this sale in their financials! then, id have a free 400g that i could get running with a little work.

and if Tenecor or my credit card company didnt like it, i would tell them i would gladly accept the charges when Tenecor picks up the bad tank and delivers a brand new 400g in perfect condition.

but then again, thats just me. good luck bro ;)
