Got my New Tenecor 400 ... BUT

We'll see, the owner has been personally handling this case , and wants to keep my business. But i dont consider it to be replaced until it actually shows up at my door.
He says that they will have new 10ft sheets next week and that they can have it done and sent by july 9th.

If no tracking number on July 10th then charge back the credit card and stop playing with them.

Im in manufacturing and I know how it is to wait on parts, but the problem is noone at Tenecor ever told me this, and my sales guy kept telling me it was made and going to be shipped soon. He kept telling me this for 3 months. I guess when i started threatening to sue them, he finally told me the truth.

I cannot stand Sales because they steal from people by milking their patience and kindness. Heck, I cannot stand the Sales Dept @ my work. They arrogantly promised my customers the WORLD that the company cannot deliver then I have to break it down to the customers that they were sleezed with lies when they come to me for support. It's good the owner took initiation and responsibility to handle your case personally. Hopefully, they're not lying to you when they told you this. Be firm with them on your demands but at the same time don't go over board until you get your situation rectify. Goodluck on your long battle with them.
