Another update:
John came back over and helped me replace the 2 cracked bulkheads, except with I booted it up this time, water was leaking from between the nut and the acrylic. Which is actually a better, more fixable place. So today I took some water out, loosened the nuts, cleaned both sides, retightened and siliconed around the bulkhead on the outside of the tank. Hopefully tomorrow when I boot it back up I will have no leaks.
And I've been thinking about stocking... I think I want to do something like this:
1 or 2 stingrays. Hystrix for sure, then either a motoro or a marble.
1 delhezi bichir
1 or 2 florida gar
3 or so geophagus
1 temensis
And possibily an indo dat and an orino.
I'm probably going to skip the whole monster catfish route this time, and also passing on an arowana.
