got to save this oscar from a tiny 10g tank

Oscar is now in my tank...pics at a later date(battery dead in camera)...he looked stressed out they brought him in a very small container of dirty water. so i got him back to my house and acclimated to clean water and after watching him for a while i covered the tank with a bed sheet and i peek in the corner once in a while, and he seems to be looking/acting better. hopefully i remember to stop and get batteries for camera on way home from work Monday

my calibrated eye ball which needs trifocals for my bifocals estimate aprox 3 inches...i would say about 1/2 again the size he was probably bought at walmart..if my understanding is correct he was purchased in december at the local walmart
 
no cories with the oscar. it'll eventually try to eat them. and if it swallows them from behind there's a good chance their spines will kill the oscar.
