Hey, that gives me an idea... just custom-build a glass aquarium in the shape of a coffin... :headbang2

a coffin without a corpse wouldnt be perfect :) be sure to add in the skeleton ^^

why not just go buy a real coffin, and then add an acrylic panel to the side.. and your done ^^ :) fast and simple :D

Yeah, that's true, gotta have the skeleton. Just add acrylic panels around the coffin, good idea... I might have to build one of those just to see what it would look like.

http://www.aquascapeonline.com/store/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=231 for a wolf fish. Just an example of how they look. Search the vendor forums for wolf fish. I've wanted one for a while now.

sounds like a VERY AGRESSIVE fish
but i guess that means i can't put ANY fish in with him unless i want them to become dinner.
Thanks for the advice about the crayfish.
oh the posibilities.
Any ideas on brightly colored fish for the 55 gallon carnivale themed tank.
specificaly Cotton Candy Blue fish,Cotton Candy Pink fish,Sunny Yellow and maybe Candy Apple Red.
But only ones that naturally come in these types of colors.I have only seen "painted" glass fish these colors but i find it very cruel to inject them with dyes to make them change colors.Plus the glass fish die after a couple days anyway due to the toxic nature of the chemicals the ones that do live fade.I saw some mollies with hearts,and stripes,and stars on them in Wal-Mart that had obviously not come from nature i think it's horrible.
Are there any naturally brightly colored fish that are medium size that would
be able to go in my tank.I think I would like 10-15 fish if they are small-medium sized.I hate over crowding.Or maybe 5 medium-large sized not like MONTSER fish but bigger than guppies.

get a 6ft tank .. with a stylofoam casket with a full body of human bones laying at the side.. that'd be cool :P

55G tank.. make a smaller stylofoam casket with a baby size skeleton figure and laying at the side ..and have tiny drift wood on the bottom, and ferns and plants growing all around.. cemetary / gothic theme :P

wouldn't a real coffin made of wood kill the fish?

i think i like this idea hummmmm..
would plywood work?like could i use garbage bags/pond liner to line it? or is there someting more sutable
i think it would look good as a coffin ither all glass or plywood w/ a glass top.
suggestions , comments anyone

You can get these blue lights on ebay to add a cool effect to the tank. At night I will usually turn off all of the lights except my blues. I know these rocks below may look kinda cheesy, but if you mix some in with your gravel, they look freakin radioactive when you have the blue light on.

<weird question>

Do you have any various animal bones that you could add to the black tank? I used to collect various skulls and stuff when I was a kid. I actually still have most of a turtle, a wild hog skull, and a cat skull. They would look killer sticking out of some pitch black gravel.

</weird question>

Also, if you are looking for a mean ass fish that would handle a 55g for life, you may want to check out a Flowerhorn. There are SO many different kinds and colors to choose from.

i would take a piece of 1/8"wood to a local graffitti artist like i didn, give them a theme, along with a TON of pictures and let them go wild, I had a st.louis ghetto/sports theme for my 45gallon that turned out just awesome, i had it done in black,brown,white and dark red for the bricks, you could get some killer ICP/twiztid stuff on there. So you think youre a juggalo?
