Graduation present

The reason i was asking compatability questions was i was talking with my uncle and somehow me graduating from college came up. Im only in my first year and im and im going towards my masters so its going to be a while but he asked me what i wanted for a graduation present. i said jokingly " how about a couple thousand gallon tanks lol," he just looked at me and said ok. so now hes building me three seperate one thousand gallon tanks. he has built tanks before but not this big. so now im thinking about what im going to put in them. so i made up a list of what im interested in and i was hoping someone could tell me what fish would go with what fish in this size of a tank.

What kind of dimensions on those beasts? Where are you going to put them all?

I know for sure that the Arapaima Gigas wont fit in that tank for long. Neither will the sturgeon. They're a coldwater species. Do you know who will maintain this tank? Whats for filtration? And which fish do you want per 1000G tank?

Im assuming your gonna do a cichla based tank- get some datnoids, oscars and yours cats, maybe pacu, and CK in one tank
I think you have way to much aggression to possibly fit all these fish in three tanks

Yuo could do aro's cichla cats in one tank
oddball (DATs, poly's, Aro's, Rays)
and then a jack of all trade tank

the dimesions are 10x6x5 there all going to be a little bigger then 1000 gallons, and there going in my uncles barn util i can take them myself. i will be maintaining the tank but i dont know about the filteration. About the aggression, thats why i made the thread i wanted to know what i could put together in what tank.

Those dimensions will give you over 2000 gallons a tank.

It just got a little deeper in this thread.

look at what johnptc built to house his properly

i would say do a big cichla tank , tem's orinos, monos ocells
silver aro's a few nice big tsn's tigrinis and others mix in some monster Dats
and you still have two tanks left to stock....
