I got kinda carried away, my bad my bad. I dont think it is the magical elixir but it does provide great results and deserves some respect. Not so much the price tag but the food itself. I would like to know why NLS is the stuff? I have used it for Africans but not too much for SA.

When it comes to FH kok growth, IMO 90% is genetics, and the other 10% can be divided between diet, water quality, sexual maturity, etc. I've seen FH's with massive koks, that were fed what I would personally consider bottom of the barrel as far as overall nutrition goes. Take a run of the mill food, jack it up with astaxanthin (synthetic or otherwise) and voila, you have a nice looking FH with great overall red coloration.
That doesn't make it an ideal food, nor does it mean that the kok has been enlarged via the diet.

My point was simply that everything that the FH food companies state about their products ( http://grandsumo.com/product.html or http://www.chingmixusa.com/Product_information.html ) can be said about any decent quality fish food on the market.

The rest is just marketing hyperbole .......
