My water is cloudy and has a hint of green in it. My fish have been passing away one by one. What should I do? I hate this.

Waters a bit bad...

Size of the tank
whats in the tank and what sizes
how much and how often water changes
is it next to a window
what type of filtration

In my 75g I have

(2) Aequidens diadema
(5) Heros efasciatus
(1) Heros notatus
(1) Heros severus
(2) Gymnogeophagus balzani
(1) Uaru fernandezypezi
(1) Uaru amphiacanthoides
(2) nannacara adoketa
(5) nannacara anomala
(1) syno

Yes, it could very well be because you have too many fish. That's a lot for a 75g.

For now, I'd suggest keeping up with daily WCs. Get more filteration on that tank as soon as you can...

We need to know the sizes of the fish and what you are using for filters too, so I/we can judge just how much bioload your filters are trying to handle. Right now, even if your fish are juvies, I can't imagine it not being a very heavy bioload.
