You can add all the Algae Destroyer you want, it won't help the bioload any.

With as many fish as you listed, you must have a LOT of filteration in order to keep the biological system balanced.

Wouldn't it have shown when I tested my water?

Heck man if you have a lot of filtration (I run 2 large canisters on my 75) and a good water supply, you can take all the fish out, quarantine them in large bowls/containers, drain the tank to the gravel, completely flip the gravel (getting all the crud off), then fill the tank up with the correct temp water and put the fish back in. Do not touch the filters though (that will disturb the bio).

It's a lot of work (all in all should take you about 2-3 hours) but it might save those fish (if your water is as bad as your describing).

What kind of filtration are you running?

wow I just got the algae destroyer to day and its doing its job the water is looking more clear. I don't think its covering the problem cause all the green in my what is sticking to glass, like it turn into bubbles so I can wipe some of it off I will do it for a few time so it could clear it. I'm so happy :D

its not the algae thats killing your fish though its the water and the issues you are having with it.
algae destroyer may get rid of algae but you have the algae due to poor water quality.
you need more filtration and or less fish although the less fish problem will no doubt sort itself out if you dont sort your water out.
