He just said them Asian guys. Not racist or insulting at all. He was just saying it is Asians who breed FH ( for the most part) and give them odd names. Which is true.

By calling Asian guys Asian? Why? I'm white. Call me white lol. If he said Asians are stupid for making these names then yeah that would be insulting. All he said was that the guys who name these hybrids have come up with some odd names.
 
I dont think it was offensive. Now if he said, "Boy them Asians come up with alot of goofy names for their hybrids and are great at math and playing the piano." then yea...

Then please explain the proper way for him to express how eccentric fish naming is in Asia.
Is there a proper term for Asians? Was it the use of the word "them" with improper grammar?
I'd just like to know, so I don't end up offending my math tutor next time he comes over.
 
i was deff expecting a green fh :P never the less nice fish :D also calling the seller a asian man is not offensive one bit same as using white, black, brown man, etc etc...

I guess it comes down to the intent behind what was said. I don't see it as a slur or insult, but then again I am not Asian so its not my place to decide whats offensive or insulting in that situation.
