You're really being extremely disrespectful here. I have written & published many articles (in several languages) on puffer care, that are referred to all over the world. Including all the pufferfish profiles in the Tropical Fish Hobbyiest book: The Encyclopedia of Exotic Tropical Fishes, along with names like Brian Scott & Axelrod. Puffers are a species than need special considerations to their care & I keep trying to point this out to the newbie that may not be ready to commit to this.

Perhaps this would be a good time to update your information so we can tell a little more about the person giving the information.

I have a difficult time telling the difference between an authoritative person and a newbie with a 10g tank in Chicago. I say this not just to you but everyone. It's really hard to give advice to a 12 yr old if you think your talking to a 45yr old.

Just some advice from another 'authoritative' person ;).

Thanks Dr, I generally don't like to blow my own whistle but in some cases...

I have been doing some reading on green spotted puffers because about a month ago I bought a couple. I have read that basically any hard food will do, i feed my dried shrimp, you can buy a plastic can of about a thousand little shrimp for about 8 dollars. I also read that they like ghost shrimp, they are relatively cheap i pick them up at wallmart for 24 cents. The only thing is that the GSPs have a hard to seeing them so they will chase them then the shrimp darts and the GSP loses sight of it and forgets about it. But they love the dried shrimp. So basically any hard shelled animal will do. I also heard that they like fiddler crabs but they are not as cheap.

Be sure you are varying their diet. Feeding only 1 type of "staple" food isn't good. Especially if it is krill. They will be malnurished. Ghost shrimp are not nutritious at all (mostly water), unless they are gut-loaded woith something nutritious. I feed my shrimp algae wafers, so my puffers get their veggies.
