We need to make a book on cooking up monster fish. I once ate a channel catfish I didnt want any more and I must say it was damn good. I also ate Black Belt and it was pretty good breaded and fryed.

I agree channel catfish are very tasty. I have had midas,oscars and peacock bass from the canals in south florida all very good. However tilapia marie from the canals are superb,baked,fried,pan seared tilapia is one versatile fish.

I was under the impression that hang with meant live with too. I don't think a GT could kill or really survive in a fight with most of thise fish full grown, but i've heard of cases where the GT could live with most of them in the right circumstances.
