white poo is sign of internal parasites

Do you feed feeders?

I meant I believe it is internal parasites, as well. I'm asking if you feed minnows or goldfish from the LFS, especially without QT'ing them first. Even if you feed them to your other fish in the tank, the GT could still get a hold of them.

Im feed them with frozen brine shrimps and blood worms. & dried hikari gold pellets and spirula (for the plec)

It sounds exactly like it, you're right. Especially now that you've noticed the poo. Yes, Metronidazole would work. I think it's sold as Marcyn I or Maracyn II in the LFS in the U.S.; I'm not sure if you have that there. They're similar, but claim to treat separate conditions.

My GT had kind of similar problems she was alot smaller at the time only about 3 1/2in but she completely stopped eating and got really mellow, before she killed another gt and was just vicious. She had long stringy clearish poop, but I just treated it with jungle parasite clear tank buddies, and she was back to normal. The main ingredient is metronidazole. But point is that gts are very susceptible to internal parasites and metro fixed it for me.
