The color was nice. It was more long then thick and wide. I believe they were asking $60 or $65 for it.
Green Terror Max size?

ive kept wild caught ones of 17" and max of females 15" lol, but i dont know common ones cause i catch my fish here, i thinks its 12" for males and 10"for females, definately not 8"!

haha..yeah, I live in connecticut, and the petsmarts around here say that red bellied pacus max out at 22 inches, and that a 30 gallon aquarium is ok for a clown knife.
IME experience, females 6-9 inches and males usually 8-11 inches. My full grown female is a healthy 7 inch fat girl.

10"-12" is about what to exspect from a well kept GT. I've heard of 13"-14" but never seen it with my own eyes and people never post pics. Mine is about 9"- 9 1/2" now, he might hit 10" but I doubt it.
I bought him 3 yrs old and almost 7", he was in a 20gal before making it to the LFS where I picked him up. I was in the store when the lady was dropping him off, she said he hasn't grown in a year (what do you exspect). When I got him home he was really grumpy and had drab colours, but with good food, a large tank and clean water he grew a little over 2" in 6mths but hasn't grown much over the past 3 mths but fattened up nicely and bred a few times.

GTs are just like JDs its a surprise.Some max at 6in some at 12in.Some are beyond timid,some( if they could )fly out of the tank and lunge for your throat.P.S.tank size and water quality plays a role in size tough.
