Gee, that's a very Oscary green terror. ;)

EDIT: Actually, dang you. Now I want to buy like five GT's and just hope one survives...

oscaaaar :D

green terror wins for the awesome tail coloration(assuming we're talking about gold saums here...), but an oscar has some pretty nice patterns on its body that can match the GT. and then oscar wins for personality

gt look better

but oscars are a better fish. a lot more active.

i had a gt but only for a week or two, so i cant comment a ton on them

but if you want some nice looking oscars, check out my FS thread, i'd be happy to hook you up !!!

here's another enticement towards the oscar..

Anyone who says GT's don't have any personality never kept one. The second most interactive fish I've ever owned was a GT and I had him over 8 years before he was murdered. Never once do I remember him not eating or having white stringy poop. Oscars are ok but orange saum FTW.

You really cant say a GT cant be kept with anything, each fish has its own personality like humans. I have my pair of GT's with a pike cichlid and numerous different plecos with no aggression from the GT's except they chase each other alittle. I also know a guy who has a show tank full of Peacocks and a very large GT male and he has no problems at all.

OSCARS!

I am not sure of where Wickliffe, Ohio is, but there is a good price on 3" lemmon oscars as well as other types.

I have been told to avoid "blueberry" oscars as they are not natural and dyed.
I've had badluck with that place and a few others I know have too. Get a wild or F1 from rapps and you'll have a jewel.

Im not really worried about having a fish that interacts with me haha, i love the way the GTs look over an oscar, and have heard they are less messy eating wise.
Then why the poll? It sounds like you already knew you wanted the GT.
