Green terrors or Jack dempseys questions

I have a 20 gallon high and i dont know if i should breed green terrors or jack dempseys. i will be getting four of what ever fish i choose and there only around 2" ea at petsmart. once they pair off i will sell the other 2 fish. I will only be keeping them in there for awhile until i get my bigger aquarium which is within a month or two.

That is a small tank for breeding pairs.
But with that said I have heard JD's are easier to breed as they are better parents.

I have 20 6 month old jack dempsey's, that was without trying too hard. Those who take good care of the fry are often faced with 150 - 200 fry, which can be a challenge to find homes for. This might explain why I was able to get 6 little dempsey for 25 cents each.

BTW I posted the 6 month olds in the classified and no one replied. That should give you a hint that finding new homes might be a challenge. Roll down to Seattle and I'll give you some!

You need a bigger tank dude, that size isnt even enough for a single adult of either species. Get a bigger tank like a 75 gal. and Id go with GT pair.

everybody for the last time there babies and once i find a pair within the four fish im getting rid of the other 2. that means there is only 2 fish in the 20 gallon for awhile until i get them a bigger tank!
