greenhouse vs heater

I’m honestly amazed your parents allow you to do all of this. I would again reiterate I think you should just do cold water fish. A lot of North American fish can withstand cold winters and hot summers. But hey, keep ignoring us and doing whatever you want. Eventually though people are going to stop responding to these threads. I really think you need to take more time to consider the work and cost associated with these projects. If you do that I firmly believe you will realize these projects are far too advanced, costly, and not for someone as young as you are.
i have halted my room project after considering the advice of some of you. Even if i consider relocating my fish, it will take some time and i just can't wait for my fish to die. So i thought of another idea, i will lower my water level to about one feet, which will probably equal to a 600 gallons and then add two 300 watt heaters. Besides that, the pond will be covered, meaning the air between the water and black cover will warm up quickly during day, creating a type of greenhouse effect. Will this work?

I am not too sure if you re worrying too much. I have looked up the weather forecast for Riyadh:

A bit cool for my liking, but I do not think your pool would get too cold.

you are right, but there are cold spells. Besides, the pacu just sticks to one spot without eating anything. So i am worried, its been like that for about two months. also the temps in january at night will get to 6 or 7 degree celsius

I put a shed over our 2500 gal pond. I heated the pond with 2 -1500w heaters. That kept both the water and the shed at 78 degrees. I am located in Maryland and it gets cold here. You don't need to heat the air. You will want to have a vent and a dehumidifier. I have all Amazon giants in the pond Arapima, Red Tail, Pacu, A. Gar.
You will also want to keep a good amount of guppies in the pond to keep from getting mosquitos.

i get what you are saying. i don't have a shed, buy maybe have it in the future. Right now, i have lowered the water level, placed two 200 watt heaters, and covered the pond tightly. this will work. Thanks for the advice
BTW i would love to see some of your pond pics
