Got my 240 finally! I've always enjoyed watching and learning as people documented their setup so I'm going to log the setup progress here and ask questions as needed.
First off, the tank! A 4'x4'x2' Tenecor.

Next, I'll be using a 55 gal for my Wet/Dry with JustLooking design. This will be my primary filtration.

The tank came drilled with a center overflow and two 1" drains and two 3/4" returns. Tenecor supplied the bulkheads and return fittings but not the actual standpipes. I will be making these copying the Durso design.

This is a freshwater tank so lighting isn't of the up-most importance so I picked up a Halogen spot lighting kit from Lowe's that should work for now. The advantage is that these take up almost no space and the spotlighting really gives the tank that feel of depth. They came with a touch pad that allows for 3 light settings.

I will also make a moonlight out of christmas tree LED lights when I find a set.
To heat this beast I picked up a 800w Finnex Titanium heater and controller. This could be overkill but its going downstairs which tends to be a little drafty.

Next, I'll get the stand built and then work on the plumbing and wet/dry.
I'm open to comments or suggestions!
