Nice update dude. Looks like some of your Planiceps have a big size differential like mine did for a little while. How big is the largest Planiceps at the moment? Are you going to be seperating the Piraiba and Planiceps soon?

The largest are in the 8" range, smallest 5". Everything is currently being moved around. The large Planiceps are with the Jau in one tank, the others are with the Piraiba in another tank.

Smaller ones are catching up now with less competition for food.

Nice. Yeah I figured you'd have to start moving them around soon otherwise the smaller Piraiba would become feeders. I can't suggest enough that I would NOT keep the Planiceps with the Jau. They will get beat to hell by the Jau, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but the Jau will tire of tank mates and reak havok on the more delicate Planiceps. Ask Cliff about his experience with the Jau in the past, his killed several fish the same size or larger than it.
