GT? can you sex it?

So I just got this guy and I am hoping it is a male.. Is it big enough to sex?

It is about 2-3 inches

That one looks male to me. Brighter color and the orange trim on the fins is thicker in males than females. Also the dorsal and anal fins are more ornate and when more mature will get a good bit of blue in them, especially the anal fin.

I'd say female GT too.
