it would be hilarious if his house caught on fire. well, it wouldn't be funny about his house, but the thought would be hilarious

Am im setting up a salt tank (moray eels) and buying a new , ahem, that will be stamped to celebrate.

i am sorry to hear it, hope that the custody hearing goes as well as it can and much can be settled through mediation. None of this is ever easy or "fair". Try and not dwell on the negatives and just move forward, it is better for the kids and for you.
 
Thanks guys but it looks like its about to get even uglier. Just got served with papers for child support(im already paying the absolute max I can afford which is why we agreed to this, but the court will force me to pay nearly triple it). Unless custody can get worked out asap, im going to lose my house, my pets, everything Iv worked hard for. My only saving grace will be if we can get the judge to postpone the child support hearing till after the custody battle.
