Oh!!!! well that explanes everything he is a she :ROFL:I am surounded by girls at my house the wife of coarse two daughters and four dogs all girls I must say some days i feel like the poor ID looks...Don't mean to make light of the attack but i know youll take as much care as you poosably can:D

LOL! Yeah, she's was having one of "THOSE" days. ;)

I think he'll survive, but I'm just going to have to keep a very close eye out for infection while I keep the TSN very well fed. We are putting together the autowater change system currently (FINALLY ACTUALLY HAPPENING!!!:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2). It's getting so close to being up and running. This and plumbing the pond and tanks together will help me keep up with water changes and move the kids around to avoid more attacks.

This stuff is all custom built by us. If something goes wrong, we know it like the back of out hand. However, if we go on vacation, we would need someone exceedingly comfortable with full systems as well as a map!

terrible when they fight. in your case the damage was quite extensive - hope he recovers. lucky me my cats dont fight so much i do see occasional nibble on marble pim but nothing serious <phew>

nice catfish collection. for the the damage to your ID. but TSN are really bad sometimes. my TSN ate a lot of fishes already.

She loves to hunt. My other one seems to care less.

This isn't so much fighting as just general predators being hungry. My giraffe cat, now he fights. He pushes everyone around and just causes trouble. My TSN, she just decided there was a slight chance that the ID would work as a meal and gave it a go. She's actually very chill as long as you don't look like potential dinner. :D

Poor ID. Still, I always enjoy pics of this tank of yours. A big group of big cats is a beautiful thing.

Thanks! :D

As for the ID, he ended up with an infection. So, I pulled him out and threw him in the pond along with some broad spectrum sulfa antibiotics. I highly suspect he has columnaris. I almost lost my hybrid to that before during the move, and I suspect there is a small amount in the water column I just couldn't kick. I treated the 600 with a pond medication that I really hate to use as it has formaldehyde in it, but it generally wipes out the infections well and I can't risk this becoming resistant to these very strong antibiotics. When the sufla drugs are done in the pond, I will be treating the ID in the pond medication as well, but its just too harsh to use on an open wound like that.

So far, it looks like the infection has slightly receeded, and all is well. (Find wood and begin knocking).

Sorry to see the ID get beat up like that, good to hear it's doing better though.

Otherwise all your fish look great. The Giraffe still has the nice spotted pattern too, I thought by that size it faded out into large blotches. Very cool to see some of them keep it. :)
