What else could i put in with the gulper? Will a jaguar cat be safe?
If the jaguar is bigger. A good rule of thumb for gulper tankmates is they should be tall bodied, wider than the gulper's mouth, and overall considerably bigger.
How big do jaguar catfishes get btw?
If it's the one im thinking of, 25 - 30cm I think

I've never kept Gulpers, but i guess that if you dont mind loosing a fish, dont put it in a gulper tank. If i where you, i'd get it on dead food as fast as possible. Then when it has been eating dead for 1 month, i'd try and add some well sized feeder goldfish, or something like that to see how they would doSo, almost the same size as the gulper. Won't that be dangerous?
