5-7?.....uh not really my mature females that are almost 3inches give birth to 60-90 babies every....28 days... i have 6 females and 2 males ..

this is EACH female each month..and i can get the babies to half inch in a 2 months

No they don't.

A large mature female (2.5") will easily have more than the 5-7 that is common of the smaller fish. But they aren't having 60-90. They might have 10+.

Young guppies will have 10-30 fry, then 30-50, an once mature they can have 50-100.

yer mine dropped 32 at an 1'' but rule of thumb for any aquaculturalist is to expect 50% mortalities. so you should get 15+ from an expirienced fem.

No they don't.

i said nearly 3 inches...just under and YES they do i have watched one give birth in a breeder box and counted up to 80 babies...

5-7 is for younger females just starting to have babies they increase with there size.

feeding them well and alot while pregnant will insure big litters(broods?...groups?)as well as after they give birth.

i over feed my tank, so they get all they can eat 2 maybe 3 times a day, snails for clean up and a 25 gallon whisper filter to keep it clean.

Guppies have birth once monthly, most of the time without a male.
They drop 3-200 based on size, and without the right shelter most of them will die to the parents.
I've never heard of a 3" guppy so your a freak, mr.
But 5-7 babies? You have to be TRYING to get small litters.
We used to have a bunch in my 30g, but then I put a bichir/terror in there and they got vacuum'd.
