Depends on salinity your aiming for (you'll need a salameter/saltmeter to measure salinity), personally I'd do half of the dose recommended for full marine tanks

Someone told me you cant measure salinity in brackish cause salt wont even show.

At lower ends it wont, but salt isn't just gonna disappear so if you know the gallonage and the amount of salt you added you should have a good idea

So what is the best salinity i should aim for? And what you mean by half the dose in marine salt?

1.005 is low end brackish,while1.025 is marine(or what you would have in a reef tank) aim for somewhere between those readings for your eels

You need a Hydrometer it will make mixing and reading the Salinity level easy.

Do i need to mix the marine salt before i add it in the tank or i can add the salt directly in the tank especially during WC.

I would premix my batches prior before wc's.
