half circle patch on fish

Hi, i want to ask for tips from you guys. my friend have a 13 cm black ghost knife. she put it in 120 gal or so gal for now with a 12 cm parrot cichlid, 7 cm clown loach, 7 cm redfin shark, and 16 cm tinfoil barb. about 3 days ago, on its back there is a half circle mark that consist of small white dot lining to form a half circle. At first i suspect maybe it is a bite mark, but then i realize there are no fish in the tank that able to make such mark. Could it be related to nitrite level or a fungus related problem. Can i have some suggestion about the problem and how to cure it?

If possible please post a pic it will help.
 
Kind of looks like it tried to wedge itself on something. Would keep the water pristine and watch.

looks lke irritation to me. Check the water quality and make sure no ammonia or nitrite. If water is good just keep a watch on it.
