yeah! in my area there are some lower than $100k, even down to $80k!!!! these houses were going for $300k+ 2 years ago! prices are down to what they were in 80s/90s. its insane

i think those prices are 1970's prices in california... i was out there late 70's and although i was too young to buy anything at that time.. i remenber how expensive it was compared to ny..

When buying is low, rent is out of the roof, and vise versa. The same houses would rent for 1,500 a month.
